The Room Refresh is our most collaborative service — a structured, end-to-end design experience for one room delivered with intention and care. Whether we work together in person or entirely online, the process is designed to be thorough, personal, and deeply rooted in how you actually live.
Virtual: We begin with a discovery call to understand your space, your lifestyle, and your vision. You'll then complete a detailed design questionnaire, giving us everything we need to get to work. Once the concept is ready, we present it to you in a dedicated video call — walking you through every decision, every material and every piece. One round of revisions is included before your final package is delivered.

In-Home: We start with an in-person visit to your space where we observe, measure, and get a real feel for how the room lives and breathes. From there, the process mirrors our virtual workflow with design development followed by a full concept presentation and round of revisions before final delivery.
